WHAT TO EXPECT

Shop from 20 tonnes of vintage at our Sheffield HQ.

We'll have our warehouse railed out with up to 60 rails of pre graded womenswear, sports, denim, menswear, coats & jumpers for you to peruse and pick from. We also have up to 30 cages of ungraded wholesale clothing and accessories for you to pick from.

With limited slots available each day you'll have plenty of time and space to shop. Send us your wish list when you book in to hello@vintagedepot.co.uk and we'll make sure those things are on the floor for you to pick through if we have them in stock!

Our stock selection is always being updated with fresh arrivals from Europe and the USA, so you'll have plenty of amazing options to pick from.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our warehouse is currently open to handpick wholesale customers Tues - Thurs each week. Some other days and weekend appointments are available by arrangement, just get in touch to discuss. Hand pick is available by appointment only- no walk ins please.

The minimum spend is £300.

Price is £20 per kilo with a few specialist items priced per piece. Heavy items over 1kg (eg. some coats and jackets) are capped, so you'll never pay more than £20 for one item. 

Payment is by card please.

To secure your handpick appointment select your preferred date and time. Sessions are 4 hours long. This payment is for a £50 deposit to secure your booking, which will be subtracted from your total purchase on the day. Payment by card is preferred.

In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 72 hours notice to make changes. Otherwise, there's a chance that your deposit may be forfeited.

All our items are vintage or second-hand/preloved unless otherwise stated. Vintage and second-hand clothing by nature may show signs of wear & ageing depending on how it has been worn & washed over the years including bobbling, slight marks, small holes & damage to the garments lining. 

Grading varies from wholesaler to wholesaler so we think it's important to explain how we categorise our stock so our customers know what to expect when ordering from us. Please make sure you read and understand our grading methods before purchasing.

Please Note: Whilst every effort is made to categorise our stock into our 2 grades up to a 10% allowance is recognised to allow for human error and garment age as we process hundreds of tonnes per year.

VIRTUAL HANDPICKS 

Virtual handpicks are only bookable with prior arrangement with the team via email hello@vintagedepot.co.uk

Once a date has been confirmed with the team you will be required to book online and pay a £50 deposit. This deposit is to secure your booking, and will be subtracted from your total purchase on the day.

In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 72 hours notice to make changes. Otherwise, there's a chance that your deposit may be forfeited.

Virtual Handpicks will take place via WhatsApp Video Call. Your appointment will be 2 hours long (max).

Minimum spend is £250. Your deposit will be deducted from your final bill. Shipping will be charged additionally at a flat rate of £14.99.

We require clear reference images of what you are looking for. You can choose around 2 categories to choose from per appointment.

Virtual Handpicks are subject to our terms and conditions and return policy.

We offer mainland UK tracked shipping for just £14.99 as standard, no matter how many boxes you get delivered! Fast and affordable and right to your door.

Your order will arrive in an unbranded cardboard box. Please provide your email and telephone number for courier tracking.
